OS command injection in Network-AI before 5.9.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as the orchestrator process. SandboxPolicy.isCommandAllowed glob-matches the full untrusted command string, then ShellExecutor passes the accepted string to /bin/sh -c or cmd.exe /c, allowing shell metacharacters to add commands. Reachability requires an agent or caller already permitted to run a wildcard-matched command; successful exploitation gains the orchestrator process's privileges.
