Cross-account profile artifact deletion via unchecked user ID

Authorization bypass in Sakai 23.0 through 23.4 and 25.0 through 25.2 allows remote authenticated users to delete profile artifacts. ProfileController.removeProfileImage() passes a path-supplied user ID to ProfileServiceImpl.removeProfileImage() without an ownership check, while pronunciation deletion omits session and ownership checks. A regular account can repeatedly erase another user's profile image, while the pronunciation endpoint permits unauthenticated deletion of another user's recording.
