Internal data disclosure via DNS rebinding SSRF

Published Aug 4, 2026 · Updated Aug 4, 2026

SSRF in Open WebUI before 0.11.0 allows remote authenticated users to read internal data through DNS rebinding. Its URL-fetch paths validate one DNS resolution, but their HTTP clients resolve the hostname again and connect without checking the second address. Exploitation requires an account, authoritative DNS control, and winning the resolution race; successful requests can expose internal responses, cloud credentials, or an OAuth token.
