Unauthenticated internal-service probing via persistent orbital URLs

Server-side request forgery in Ground Station before 0.6.0 allows remote attackers to probe internal services via orbital source URLs. The orbital-source handlers store an unvalidated URL and pass it to requests.get in _fetch_http_3le and _fetch_http_omm during synchronization. Unauthenticated Socket.IO access on port 7000 permits submission and triggering, while status and error events provide an oracle without returning response bodies.
