Unauthenticated file read via workspace-boundary bypass

Path traversal in OpenChamber 1.11.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary host files through unauthenticated API requests. resolveReadPathFromContext accepts allowOutsideWorkspace=true and an attacker-controlled absolute path, making isPathWithinRoot vacuously true instead of enforcing the workspace root. No authentication or user interaction is required; exposure is limited to files readable by the server process, but disclosed signing secrets can enable forged sessions.
