Staff account takeover via preview cache poisoning

Cache poisoning in Ghost 4.0.0 through 6.36.0 allows remote attackers to alter frontend responses through x-ghost-preview requests. The frontend preview handler trusts the x-ghost-preview header and renders request-specific preview output without preventing a shared cache from storing and reusing it. Exploitation requires a cache shared across visitors; staff account takeover requires the frontend and admin panel to share a domain, while separate domains have no staff exposure.
