Persistent account access via retained refresh tokens

Insufficient session expiration in NocoDB before 2026.05.1 allows remote attackers with a captured refresh cookie to regain access. The passwordForgot flow rotates token_version and revokes OAuth tokens but omits deletion of the user's stored refresh tokens. Exploitation requires a previously captured refresh cookie and preserves unauthorized account access after the victim completes password recovery.
