Scanner bypass via magic-number parsing mismatch

Scanning bypass in picklescan before 1.0.3 allows attackers to evade detection with a crafted malicious PyTorch payload. scan_pytorch searches pickle opcodes only for literal INT or LONG magic numbers, while PyTorch executes a reduce expression that returns the expected value. Exploitation requires a user or process to load the payload with torch.load(), which then executes its embedded code.
