Camera takeover via unauthenticated password reset

Unverified password change in KMW KM-IP421 and KM-IP521 allows remote attackers to take over camera administration. The password-reset function accepts an unauthenticated request and sets the administrator password to a known value instead of verifying an existing credential or another authenticator. Network access to the camera management service is sufficient, after which the attacker can view camera feeds and alter device settings; no service interruption is reported.
