Privilege escalation via cross-channel wildcard inheritance

Incorrect authorization in OpenClaw before 2026.4.25 allows remote authenticated users to run owner-style commands across channel boundaries. Internal and webchat command authentication carries wildcard ownerAllowFrom state into another channel instead of checking the sender against that channel's allowlist. The affected feature must be enabled and reachable by lower-trust input; exploitation bypasses channel-scoped access controls and permits unauthorized command behavior.
