Missing authorization in the OpenClaw focus command before 2026.4.25 allows local users to change focus state outside their scope. The command handler performs the focus change without enforcing the expected controlScope restriction; no finer-grained code locus is published. Reachability requires an authenticated Gateway operator or another trusted caller plus an enabled, reachable feature and lower-trust input crossing a separate boundary.
