Authenticated code execution via encoded-command alias bypass
Published Jun 12, 2026 · Updated Jun 12, 2026
Allowlist bypass in OpenClaw before 2026.5.12 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PowerShell content via abbreviated flags. The execution allowlist parser fails to recognize abbreviated encoded-command flag aliases and therefore omits the intended policy decision. Exploitation requires authenticated operator access plus an enabled, reachable feature that passes lower-trust input to PowerShell.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
