Unapproved command execution via argument rebuilding

Command injection in OpenClaw before 2026.5.18 allows remote authenticated users to execute unapproved commands through shell wrappers. The exec approval path validates one resolved argument vector for a shell-wrapper request, then rebuilds a different vector for execution. The affected feature must be enabled and reachable by lower-trust input; successful abuse bypasses the command allowlist and runs commands with host privileges.
