Arbitrary file truncation via symlink-following PID write

Link following in Google Chrome DevTools MCP 0.20.0 through 1.0.1 allows local users to truncate victim-writable files. The daemon uses fs.writeFileSync on a predictable /tmp daemon.pid path without preventing resolution of an attacker-placed symlink. Exploitation requires another account on the same POSIX host, daemon mode, and a macOS or Linux session where XDG_RUNTIME_DIR is unset.
