Admin-notice suppression via unchecked dismissal request

Cross-site request forgery in Yoast Duplicate Post 4.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to suppress network-wide admin notices. The duplicate_post_dismiss_notice AJAX handler accepts a state-changing request without validating a nonce or the caller's manage_options capability, then writes zero to the duplicate_post_show_notice site option. Exploitation requires an authenticated WordPress user to submit an attacker-controlled request; the documented effect is limited to hiding the welcome notice across the network.
