Control-plane crash via unsynchronized Wasm cache access

Race condition in Envoy Gateway before 1.7.4 and 1.8.0-rc.0 through 1.8.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash the controller. HTTPServer.ServeHTTP reads mappingPath2Cache without synchronization while policy translation writes the same plain Go map, causing runtime.throw when the operations overlap. Exploitation requires pod-network access to unauthenticated port 18002 and permission to churn distinct Wasm policies; the crash interrupts the shared control plane until Kubernetes restarts the pod.
