Secret disclosure via redundant path separators

Path validation bypass in Envoy Gateway before 1.7.4 and 1.8.0-rc.0 through 1.8.0 allows remote authenticated users to read controller files. The to_absolute_normalized_path function leaves redundant separators intact, so is_critical_path misses double-slash paths that Linux resolves normally. Submitting Lua through EnvoyExtensionPolicy under default Strict validation is required, and exposed files include service-account tokens, TLS certificates, and process environment data.
