Authenticated internal resource access via DNS rebinding

SSRF in IBM ContextForge before 1.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to access internal services through DNS rebinding. At /admin/gateways/test, validate_gateway_test_url() approves a validation-time address, but ResilientHttpClient re-resolves the unbound hostname when connecting. Exploitation requires the non-default Admin API and a database-backed role with gateways.read permission, and it exposes internal APIs, cloud metadata credentials, or internal ports.
