Application crash via unchecked tile-slice count

Out-of-bounds write in GStreamer gst-plugins-bad 1.25.1 through 1.28.2 allows remote attackers to crash applications via crafted H.266/VVC streams. The multi-slice-in-tile loop in gst_h266_parser_parse_picture_partition() fails to keep the slice index below the picture slice count and writes beyond three fixed-size GstH266PPS arrays. Processing a malicious stream is required; the published CVSS assessment limits the security impact to an application crash.
