Unauthenticated PKI topology disclosure via hosts inventory

Information disclosure in Red Hat Certificate System allows remote attackers to enumerate internal PKI hosts and roles through a CA REST endpoint. The GET /ca/rest/securityDomain/hosts handler returns the Security Domain hosts inventory as structured data without requiring a principal, client certificate, or session. Network access to the CA service is sufficient, and the exposed hostnames, roles, topology, and participating subsystems support reconnaissance without disclosing credentials.
