Configuration disclosure via unauthenticated get_info response

Information disclosure in FOSSBilling 0.5.3 through 0.7.2 allows remote attackers with a valid API key to read custom configuration fields. The Guest serviceapikey/get_info endpoint calls Service::getInfo(), returns every custom_ field from the matching service_apikey record, and performs no authentication or ownership check. Possession of a customer-distributed API key is required, and exposure is limited to that key's administrator-defined pricing, scope, limit, feature, and expiry metadata.
