Unauthenticated arbitrary PHP upload via sanitization mismatch

Unrestricted file upload in Drag and Drop File Upload for Contact Form 7 1.1.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to upload PHP files. The AJAX upload handler validates an unsanitized extension and trusts an attacker-controlled file-type parameter, but saves the file after sanitize_file_name strips special characters. No authentication is required; an .htaccess rule and randomized filenames limit whether an uploaded PHP file can be located and executed.
