Course-price tampering via missing authorization check

Missing authorization in Open edX Platform before ulmo allows remote authenticated users to overwrite any course's honor price and currency. The set_course_mode_price view accepts a URL-supplied course ID and updates its CourseMode row after checking only that the requester is logged in. A learner session and public course ID suffice; unauthorized changes affect catalog pricing and can propagate into ecommerce checkout and invoices.
