Service disruption via unchecked PrintableString decoding

Type confusion in free5GC 4.2.0 aper decoding allows remote attackers to disrupt AMF service with invalid PrintableString bytes. The parseField string branch treated ASN.1 PrintableString content as an unrestricted octet string and assigned it without X.680 character validation. A crafted NGSetupRequest RANNodeName over NGAP reaches the decoder; accepted control bytes create a crash path when later AMF logic consumes the value.
