Unauthenticated RCE via path-suffix authentication bypass

Authentication bypass in Kestra before 1.0.45 and 1.1.0 through 1.3.20 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. AuthenticationFilter classifies any REST API path ending in /configs as the public configuration endpoint and skips Basic Auth before route resolution. A network-reachable, initialized OSS server then accepts anonymous flow creation and execution, yielding root code execution in the container and host control when the Docker socket is mounted.
