Unauthenticated underpayment via unbound Stripe PaymentIntent

Payment bypass in LatePoint 5.4.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to underpay for bookings via a reused Stripe PaymentIntent. The Stripe Connect processor treats a client-supplied PaymentIntent with a succeeded status as proof of payment without matching its amount to the booking total. No account is required, but Stripe Connect must process the booking and the attacker must possess a previously succeeded PaymentIntent, allowing higher-priced services to be booked for the earlier amount.
