Authenticated arbitrary file read via unchecked filePath

Path traversal in Goploy before 1.18.0 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files through /deploy/fileDiff. The handler passes client-controlled filePath values containing ../ to os.ReadFile on the Goploy host and to SFTP reads on a managed server without constraining the resolved path. A low-privileged member with File Compare permission can reach the endpoint when at least one project and associated server are configured, exposing files readable by each service account.
