CVE-2026-53549Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Internal network probing via unvalidated proxy test destinations

Published Aug 19, 2026 · Updated Aug 25, 2026

SSRF in Termix before 2.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to probe internal services through proxy connectivity tests. The POST /host/db/proxy/test handler passes unvalidated singleProxy, proxyChain, and testTarget destinations to raw TCP and SOCKS connection functions. Any authenticated account can infer host and port reachability from structured errors and timing, and successful metadata access exposes cloud credentials.
