Authenticated command execution via tar option injection

OS command injection in Termix before 2.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands on managed SSH hosts via archive creation. The archive endpoint in src/backend/ssh/file-manager.ts passes selected basenames to GNU tar without an end-of-options marker or relative-path prefix, so option-like names trigger checkpoint actions. Access to an SSH file-manager session is sufficient; commands run as the connected SSH account and can read or modify accessible files or interrupt services.
