Application abort via crafted HTJ2K QCD marker

Reachable assertion in OpenEXR 3.4.0 through 3.4.12 allows attackers to abort an image-processing application via a crafted EXR file. During HTJ2K decoding, ht_undo_impl() passes a QCD marker with zero lower five bits to OpenJPH param_qcd::get_irrev_delta(), whose assertion calls abort() instead of returning a recoverable error. An application must open attacker-supplied HTJ2K input; the result is a process crash without memory corruption, information disclosure, or code execution.
