Process abort via multibyte verb delimiter

Denial of service in RaTeX before 0.1.11 allows remote attackers to abort a rendering process via crafted LaTeX input. The parse_symbol_inner routine removes a \verb delimiter by slicing arg at byte offsets 1 and len minus 1, so a multibyte UTF-8 delimiter places the start offset inside a character and triggers a Rust panic. Release builds use panic-abort semantics; any network service, batch job, or embedded application that parses untrusted formulas terminates with all in-process work.
