Authenticated dashboard denial via unreserved NAT domain

Improper access control in Nezha Monitoring 2.0.14 through releases before 2.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to block dashboard access. The createNAT and updateNAT handlers store a caller-controlled NAT domain without reserving the dashboard Host, and the top-level multiplexer consults that global NAT key before normal routes. A non-admin user who owns a server can block matching API, frontend, and gRPC requests; forwarding them also requires the selected agent to remain online.
