Pre-auth secret disclosure via dashboard prefix confusion

Path traversal in NezhaHQ Nezha Monitoring before 2.0.13 allows remote attackers to read configuration secrets without authentication. The dashboard NoRoute fallback accepts dashboard-prefixed path segments, strips only the literal prefix, and joins the remainder beneath admin-dist; path normalization escapes that directory before os.Stat and http.ServeFile return the file. Default deployments expose the JWT signing key and SQLite database, enabling deterministic administrative session forgery with no user interaction.
