Remote code execution via evaluated WSDL operation names

Code injection in Savon 0.9.8 through 2.17.1 allows remote attackers to execute Ruby code through crafted WSDL operation names. Savon::Model.all_operations interpolates each parsed operation name into method-definition source and passes the resulting string to module_eval without neutralizing Ruby syntax. Exploitation requires an application to call all_operations on an attacker-controlled WSDL and grants code execution with that application's privileges.
