Node-level denial of service via blocked I/O drains

Resource exhaustion in affected containerd CRI releases allows local users to crash the runtime through repeated ExecSync requests. The drainExecSyncIO path waits indefinitely on standard-I/O pipes retained by long-lived background children because cancellation does not stop the drain phase. The CRI plugin and exec probes or lifecycle hooks must be active; accumulated goroutines and memory can trigger an OOM termination that leaves the runtime unavailable until restart.
