Authenticated file disclosure via unescaped cluster names
Published Jun 10, 2026 · Updated Jun 10, 2026
SQL injection in KubeV2V OpenShift Migration Advisor before 0.13.5 allows remote authenticated users to read server files via RVTools uploads. The DuckDB query builder interpolates spreadsheet-derived cluster names unescaped into about 27 text/template query templates, enabling single-quote breakout and arbitrary SQL execution. Exploitation requires an authenticated account able to upload an RVTools workbook; file reads can expose Kubernetes service account tokens and other credentials.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
