CVE-2026-53470Network attack vector

Authenticated OVA disclosure via missing ownership check

Published Jun 10, 2026 · Updated Jun 10, 2026

Improper access control in KubeV2V Migration Planner before 0.13.5 allows remote authenticated users to download other users' OVA images. The GetSourceDownloadURL handler generated a presigned S3 URL from a supplied source ID without matching the authenticated username and organization to the source owner. Any authenticated account can retrieve another tenant's OVA, exposing 90-day agent JWTs, SSH keys, certificates, and network configuration that permit unauthorized source access or modification.
