Remote code execution via snapshot path traversal

Path traversal in Ground Station before 0.4.13 allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files via save-waterfall-snapshot. backend/handlers/entities/sdr.py passes attacker-controlled snapshotName to backend/server/snapshots.py, where os.path.join accepts absolute paths or .. segments and writes base64-decoded bytes outside the snapshots directory. Because update-app-config and restart_service are also unauthenticated, a crafted logging dictConfig YAML can be loaded on restart for service-level code execution or a persistent crash loop.
