Unauthenticated service crash via unbounded gzip decompression

Denial of service in elixir-grpc gRPC 0.4.0 through 0.11.5 allows remote attackers to crash gRPC servers via a gzip bomb. GRPC.Compressor.Gzip.decompress/1 passes attacker-controlled bytes to :zlib.gunzip/1 without a decompressed-size limit or incremental decoding, allocating the full output as one binary. Any reachable gRPC endpoint that accepts gzip-compressed requests invokes this path automatically, and one crafted frame can exhaust the BEAM node heap and terminate the service.
