BEAM node crash via escaped-tag memory leak

Memory leak in MDEx 0.11.0 before 0.12.3 and MDExNative 0.1.0 before 0.2.3 allows attackers to crash the BEAM node. The From conversion passes each attacker-controlled literal to Box::leak, creating an unreclaimable native allocation on every render. Exploitation requires an application to render a supplied escaped-tag document; repeated renders exhaust process memory and crash every service on that BEAM node.
