BEAM node crash via unbounded MP4 atom interning

Resource exhaustion in Membrane Framework Membrane MP4 plugin before 0.36.7 allows attackers to crash a BEAM node via a crafted MP4 file. The header parser's parse_box_name/1 function passes every attacker-controlled four-byte box name to String.to_atom/1, permanently interning each value. No authentication or user interaction is required, but a processing path must parse attacker-supplied MP4 data; enough distinct names exhaust the global atom table and abort every application on the node.
