Kernel-memory disclosure via unvalidated PGA index

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux Kernel ti-ads1298 ADC driver allows local users to read data beyond a kernel table through IIO scale access. The ads1298_get_scale function uses the three-bit PGA field directly as an index into the seven-entry ads1298_pga_settings array, so reserved value 7 reads beyond the table. The path requires a bound ADS1298 device to report reserved PGA encoding 7; the published mechanism establishes an out-of-bounds read, while further impact is not described.
