System crash via unchecked PMT PID allocation

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel vidtv allows local users to crash the system through a failed PMT PID context allocation. vidtv_mux_pid_ctx_init() reports success after vidtv_mux_create_pid_ctx_once() fails, so vidtv_mux_push_si() dereferences a missing context. The non-default DVB_VIDTV test driver must be built and exercised; allocation failure causes a general protection fault without reported data exposure or modification.
