Local service interruption via control-handler leak

Resource leak in the Linux Kernel ov8856 driver allows local users to interrupt service when control initialization fails. ov8856_init_controls() returns a control-addition error without freeing its V4L2 control handler, so the failure path retains the handler allocation. The path requires OV8856 sensor initialization and a control-addition error; published sources do not establish that local users can force or repeat that error.
