Local service interruption via unchecked ACR masks

Improper ACR mask validation in affected Linux Kernel releases from 6.16 allows local users to interrupt service through perf event settings. The Intel perf path accepts attr.config2 bits from another ACR group, returns early on invalid bits, and reuses uncleared hw.config1 masks. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access on Intel x86 hardware with ACR sampling active; sources establish availability loss but do not identify a hang, crash, or reboot.
