Wrong-buffer access via mis-scaled physical BO offsets

Use of an out-of-range pointer offset in the Linux Kernel allows local users to read or write unintended physical buffer regions. i915_gem_object_pread_phys() and i915_gem_object_pwrite_phys() add a byte offset to a struct page pointer, scaling it by page size before copying data. The path requires local DRM/i915 ioctl access, a nonzero offset, and a phys-backed buffer object on affected Gen3/945G/Lakeport graphics.
