Kernel warning via HSR teardown race

A teardown race in the Linux kernel HSR subsystem allows local users to trigger a kernel warning by sending traffic to a disappearing device. hsr_addr_is_self() invokes WARN_ONCE after hsr_dellink() clears hsr->self_node but before unregister_netdevice_many() makes the device undiscoverable.
