Kernel crash via uninitialized DRM atomic shutdown

Use of uninitialized data in the Linux Kernel allows local users to crash the kernel during virtio-gpu driver removal. When KMS is disabled, virtio_gpu_remove calls drm_atomic_helper_shutdown even though DRM atomic and modesetting state was never initialized. Reachability requires a KMS-disabled build and a driver removal or unbinding event; the reported consequence is a kernel crash with no data access or modification.
