Kernel panic via false teardown warning

Denial of service in Linux Kernel KVM allows local users to trigger a kernel panic during teardown of an x86 SEV-ES virtual machine. The mark_page_dirty_in_slot() path treats a guest page dirtied without a loaded vCPU as invalid and raises WARN_ON_ONCE after the VM users_count reaches zero. The user must control an SEV-ES VM, leave the page mapped by skipping the next KVM_RUN, and encounter a host configured with panic_on_warn for a host-wide crash.
