Local resource takeover via DMABUF cleanup race

Race condition in Linux Kernel 6.19 through 7.0.9 allows local users with assigned VFIO PCI devices to access reassigned BAR resources. vfio_pci_core_close_device() disabled the PCI function before revoking exported DMA-BUF access, leaving stale mappings able to reach BARs freed for another driver. Exploitation requires local access to assigned VFIO PCI and IOMMUFD file descriptors and can expose, alter, or disrupt another driver's resources.
